Heavy Duty Power Rack Built to Last
The frame is constructed from 50mm x 50mm commercial grade steel tubing reinforced with 12 connecting triangle pieces for added stability. The total machine has a maximum capacity of 2,200 lbs, giving you a stable platform for squats, presses, pulls, and more.

Smith Machine and Cable Crossover System
Train with the safety of a guided Smith bar or switch to the dual cable crossover system for chest flys, lat pulldowns, tricep pushdowns, rows, and full body cable work. Switching between movements is quick, which keeps your training flow uninterrupted.
Adjustable Weight Bench (WB07)
The included bench offers 9 backrest positions and 2 leg holder positions so you can shift between flat, incline, and decline pressing or seated exercises. It supports up to 800 lbs and folds down to about 0.8 sq ft for easy storage.
230 lb Rubber Bumper Plate Set Included
The plate set includes pairs of 10 lb, 25 lb, 35 lb, and 45 lb bumper plates. They feature high density rubber with stainless steel inserts, fit standard 2 inch barbells, and help protect your flooring during heavier lifts.
Full Cable Accessory Kit
Your accessory kit includes a T bar, tricep rope, cable handle, cable bar, lat pulldown bar, close grip row handle, V tricep bar, ankle straps, carabiners, and barbell collars. These attachments expand your exercise options for a wide variety of pushing, pulling, and isolation movements.
Built In Attachments and Stations
The cage comes loaded with a pull up bar, dip bars, J hooks, weight holders, weight storage posts, footboard, two landmine sizes, battle rope attachment, storage ring, and a leg hold down attachment. You get multiple training stations in one footprint.
Recommended Space
The frame fits within a 6 ft by 6 ft area. For full range of motion during your exercises, plan for roughly a 12 ft by 15 ft training space so you have clearance on the sides and front.
